I wondered about friendships and family and love, I think love is the bottom line.
We all want to be loved so we have friends, or maybe we all want to be happy. I know that happiness is so close home, it is so in the heart.
Friends are people and as such can let you down, but Jesus Christ never let any one down, and he is the only real friend any one can have.He say “you are my friend if you do what I tell you..” What you saying Jesus?
What is the point of being clever when it does not make you happy? but when you know what Jesus say you know he love you and that make you happy on the inside.
Just the other day, I was reading about how God choose us and call us. How that we believe on him and he wash our sins away.
I think it is a simple enough message, like I have a leak and for a moment I panic and then I goes to say.
“Oh God, you are real to me, you promised me no disgrace, now make all my checks good, make the money for my business come home”
You know what, the leak stop and the money come home because he say so, see pain come at me and I cried, then I remember how that they
beat Jesus beyond recognition, tore his skin in every conceivable place, and I say, “you were wounded for my sins, the beating you got
was for my pain, I was healed”. My friend laughed scornfully and shoot her mouth at me and I smile because pain did go and disgrace is
not mine and my checks are good. I have friends but I want to be the friend that give and give and give just like my heavenly Daddy.
What can I give my Daddy? he say, ” Oh that there were a spirit in them to obey me, so that it will be well with them and their children,” “Whoever praises me glorifies me”
Then Jesus gives the Spirit, the word, the blood (his life), I will revel in your love all day long, I will sing praises to your name among the saints.
